Topsy Turvy World is the final story arc from the middle season of Rocky and Bullwinkle (originally broadcast as The Bullwinkle Show). It was broadcast on NBC during the 1961-62 television season.
The plot revolves around the Earth becoming top heavy from the polar ice caps, shifting on to its side, so that the tropical island of Riki Tiki becomes the new north pole.
